is included in my Suite Living furnished apartment?
All Suite Living, Inc. apartments are fully furnished. Common
housewares & amenities, such as pots, dishes, glasses, flatware,
linens, towels, electronics, etc. are also included, as well as
basic cable, telephone and utilities. Maid services can be supplied
upon request.
- Is
there minimum to my length of stay?
Suite Living, Inc., requires a 30-day minimum lease. Our flexible
leases can start or end on any day of the month.
- Where
are Suite Living, Inc. apartments located?
Over 50 locations throughout the St. Louis area, plus hundreds
of accomodations available nation-wide.
- How
much does it cost?
Our flat fee includes all utilites including local phone and cable,
and all reasonable necessary housewares. There are no surcharges
or taxes. Suite Living guests may customize their apartments with
a selection of upgraded amenities for an additional monthly charge.
- Do
I have to pay a security deposit?
Usually we do require a security deposit. It is fully refundable
as long as there aren't any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- If
I sign the lease can my company be billed?
Sure!! We try to make everything as easy for you as possible.
All we need is a letter from your employer allowing us to do so.
- Can
I have a pet in the apartment?
Many properties we work with do allow pets, but sometimes
there is a weight limit. Usually an additional pet fee and deposit
is required.
- Do
any of the apartments have playgrounds for my children?
Many of the apartments we work with have playgrounds on site.
Some offer swimming pools, tennis courts and other activities
for children. Let us know that you are bringing your kids with
you and we'll try to find you a community that's kid-friendly.
